Refund & Return Policy

Please read all our policies, and T&Cs before placing your order with us. Strictly adhere to these rules.

Return items must be untampered with, have tags still attached and be in their original packaging. The packaging must not be damaged. Mojo Chiq will not accept items returned with signs of abrasion, breakage, wash, or wear.

Receipt and proof of purchase are a MUST-have.

EXCHANGES are only applicable within 2 days after an order has been received.

Exchanges are made under the following terms: –

    • The item is sold out.
    • Mix up with the order (shipped the wrong item).

NOTE: –

    1. All our items go through multiple checks from different parties so no items with defects are sold, hence not considered a reason for exchange.
    2. Wrong-size orders from your side will not be exchanged.
    3. The return shipping fee is the sole responsibility of the client.

REFUNDS:

Refunds are only made when items are sold out.

Refunds will be made in the channel you placed the order in.

Processing refunds will take 3-5 working days.

The shipping fee is excluded.

We can offer Gift cards in place of cash if needed.

DISCOUNTED/ON-SALE items will not be exchanged, returned, or refunded.
